Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

- Punjab & Haryana: 2–5 business days

- Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

- Punjab & Haryana: ₹50 per kg

- Rest of India: ₹80 per kg

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total parcel weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the customer is unavailable and the parcel returns back to us, reshipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hub99Wholesale is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or phone number.

Damaged Parcel

If the outer parcel appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record a proper opening video while unboxing the parcel.
