No Return & No Refund Policy


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is delivered.


Exceptions


A refund or replacement will only be provided if:


- The customer receives a wrong product, or

- The product received is defective/damaged.


Mandatory Proof Requirement


To claim a replacement or refund, customers must provide:


- A clear parcel opening video recorded from the beginning without any cuts or edits.

- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the issue with the product.


Claims without a proper parcel opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Claim Time Limit


All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Important Notes


- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
